Heddles are designed to control the height of the warp threads in the loom. Each heddle consists of two vertical threads with a small hole in the middle, through which the warp thread is threaded, allowing the threads to be raised and lowered during weaving.
Each bundle is kept neatly together with plastic clips and is ready to be mounted directly onto the shafts. They are easy to mount, organize, and remove from the loom. They are supplied in continuous chains that do not tangle and can easily be separated if a single heddle needs to be replaced.
Heddles are ideal for both beginners and experienced weavers and are known for their precision, smooth surface, and reliability, ensuring a smooth and efficient weaving process every time.
Heddles in 22 cm fit most small looms, such as all Ashford table looms. Heddles of 28 cm fit most medium to large looms.
