How to shop at SKYTTEN DANMARK:
Order
You shop at www. skytten-danmark.dk by adding items to your cart and paying for them. You can only shop at www.skytten-danmark.dk if you accept the terms and conditions, which you can read and download before paying. When you pay for your items, you will shortly receive an order confirmation by email. When the item is shipped from the warehouse, you will receive an electronic invoice by email.
Payment methods
SKYTTEN offers the following payment methods:
PAYMENT CARDS and MOBILEPAY
Payment is made after ordering, and you can pay with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard and MobilePay. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped. No fee is charged. All information is sent encrypted to PBS. The amount will only be withdrawn when the ordered item has been shipped. If the ordered item is out of stock, you will be notified and have the option to change the order, and only the remaining amount will be debited from your account. You can of course also choose to cancel the order.
PAYPAL
When the order is ready to ship, a PayPal charge will be sent to you and the goods will be shipped when the amount has been received on SKYTTEN. DANMARK'S account. No fee is charged.
EAN INVOICE
This payment method is for public institutions that are affiliated with the EAN scheme. A delivery note is sent with the goods and the invoice must be paid within 30 days. After that, a reminder fee of DKK 50.00 and interest of 2% per month.
BANK TRANSFER
To use this payment method, please transfer the amount to the following account:

Important: Your order will be shipped as soon as we have received payment on SYTTENS's account. If the ordered product is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will then be given the opportunity to either change or cancel your order. Any overpayment will be refunded within a few days.
All amounts are in Danish kroner and include VAT.
Pickup and delivery
In-store pickup
You always have the option to pick up your items at our store at Amagerbrogade 6. Simply select "Pick up in store" under delivery methods when completing your order.
Delivery
When you choose delivery by freight, you can easily track your package via the link included in the email you receive when your order ships.
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over DKK 499.00 in Denmark. Shipping prices for orders under DKK 499.00 are as follows:
- Delivery to the nearest parcel shop: DKK 33.00.
- Delivery directly to your address: DKK 44.00.
SKYTTEN DANMARK cannot be held responsible for delays at Post Danmark. In the event of very late deliveries (several days) or outright non-delivery, SKYTTEN will of course send a new delivery free of charge.
SAGITTARIUS DENMARK ensures delivery in Denmark with Post Danmark, DAO365 or GLS to the recipient as soon as possible (unless otherwise agreed). Timely delivery, however, requires that Post Danmark, DAO365 or GLS adhere to delivery times for packages. For orders that can be sent as letters with Post Danmark, the service goal is that it is delivered no later than the 4th business day, e.g. Saturday after the delivery date.
Delivery takes place at the customer's address (unless otherwise agreed). The package can be delivered by recommendation to a specified location by special agreement with Post Danmark, DAO365 or GLS. If the shipment cannot be delivered, it will be taken to the nearest delivery point, where it can be picked up within 10 business days. The supplier will notify the recipient of the pick-up point. Alternatively, the package supplier will take the package back to a depot, and the recipient will be notified to contact the package supplier for a possible new delivery attempt or pick-up at the depot, as the package will otherwise be returned to the sender after 10 business days.
Delivery to Greenland, the Faroe Islands and other countries
When delivering to Greenland, the Faroe Islands and other countries both within and outside the EU, SKYTTEN ensures DENMARK for shipping via PostNord Denmark.
Terms of delivery:
- Fixed delivery fee: DKK 110.00.
- Maximum weight: 20 kg per shipment.
- The shipment is sent as a letter or economy package.
Please note that the above applies to all deliveries outside Denmark's borders.

Right of complaint and withdrawal
Right of complaint
SAGITTARIUS DANMARK provides a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sales Act, covering manufacturing and material defects that are discovered during normal use of the product. The warranty does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly resulting from incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interventions. Complaints about defects and deficiencies that should be discovered during normal examination of the product must be notified to SKYTTEN within a reasonable time. The product can subsequently be returned for repair, exchange or, by agreement, credit. In connection with warranty cases, SKYTTEN will bear return costs to a reasonable extent.

Returns are also made to this address – please note that we do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery.
It is not a requirement, but the processing is facilitated if sufficient information accompanies the package - e.g. copy of order confirmation, registration number and account number of the bank account to which the refund can be made, copy of any prior correspondence, etc.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 30-day right of return on items purchased in the webshop, and you pay the amount for the return.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
You can either return the item to the physical store (Amagerbrogade 6, 2300 Copenhagen S) or send the item back to our store (address above). We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery. We do not collect packages from parcel shops.
If you choose to cancel a purchase, you simply need to notify us within 30 days of purchase. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item, which must be in substantially the same condition and quantity as when you received it, for a full refund. Once the item has been received and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. You must bear the costs of returning the item yourself, and the risk of return shipping is yours.
If you have used the item before returning it, or if you have, for example, broken the protective plastic on a weaving comb, the item cannot be resold as new, and you will therefore only be refunded the residual value it has for us. Since we only sell new items, you can expect the residual value to be very low, so it will be a proportionate loss for you to return a used item.
